We ship to almost every country. Once you type in your address during checkout, you'll see a list of shipping rates and options to your specific location.
What is your return Policy?

Gem Trees are custom-made per order therefore are non-returnable. If you are unsatisfied with any products, or if anything is broken/damaged upon arrival, please email us and we'll do our best to solve the problem.

Do you accept Custom Orders?

When will I receive my order?
Domestic shipping within the US takes 1-10 business days depending on the type of shipping purchased. Other factors may increase this time frame such as holidays, closures or other events.

International shipping can take anywhere from 1-10 weeks depending on the type of shipping purchased. Other factors may increase this time frame such as holidays, closures or other events.

*International orders are also subject to customs/duty/import fee's upon arrival to your country. These fee's are the customers responsibility and are different depending on your own countries rules/regulations.
